The job involved stripping the entire balcony area, cleaning out the planter boxes, grinding the surfaces, and applying coatings.
A thermal reflective top coat was applied with three coats, and the planter boxes were treated with Arma Blue.
The installation of synthetic glass and synthetic grass in planter boxes was described.
