Excavated everything down to the core group and installed a new drainage system.
Fabricated a special 100 mill sewer pipe to prevent crushing under its own weight.

Fixing method:
Used Arm-Blue Protection Sheet to prevent damage to the waterproof membrane during backfilling.
Ensured that water cannot flow down past the foundation footing.
Involved excavation and concreting work, including the front and rear yards.

Results:
The client, Ming, was very happy with the work.
The area remained dry even after heavy rains.
