The seaside location's harsh weather conditions posed a challenge, but the team successfully waterproofed the rooftop balcony, creating a green roof as per the architect owner's request.

Waterproofing Process:
Used a deep Calvert drain and stainless steel, fully bonded off the first preparation.
Detailed polyurethane over every joint and fixing point to prevent water seepage.
Applied a rubber coating of approximately 1.5 millimeters, creating a seamless and watertight membrane.
Allowed the rubber to cure for a few weeks, completing the job despite severe weather.
Additional features:
Successful test of a membrane.
Installation of a self-adhesive product called ARMA Blue to protect the membrane.
Laid fake grass over the top of the membrane.
Results:
Completed without any issues such as blistering or rippling.
Job finished nicely.
