Project Details
The project presents a case study of a large factory complex in Somerton, used for fabricating steel pipes, where several large vats were causing water leaks and high temperatures, leading to minor explosions. Findlay-Evans Waterproofing was called to solve the problem, and the images show details on their approach and solution.

Decided to spot fix various areas and overcoat the entire section.
Fixing method:
Cleaned with power washing and detailed by hand.
Applied polyethylene fabric and liquid rubber as a base.
Added an etch coat primer and a thermal top coat.
Results:
Thermal top coat dropped temperature inside the building.
